Matthew is growing so fast and becoming verbal. Rocco is busy investigating everything in the classroom. Ashley is just so happy where ever she is or whatever she is doing. Ava R. enjoys bouncing in the exersaucer. Madison has adjusted so well to our classroom. Victoria and Tripp are our little ones in class and seem to be doing just fine. Our themes for December are: All Around the World, Let's Fly Home for the Holidays /Airports, Customs and Costumes and Holiday Celebrations. Also, parents please remember to label all of your child's belongings with first and last name. We want to wish Ava M a very Happy 1st Birthday! Have a Happy and Safe Holiday Season!

Sparkling Seahorses

Wow! It's hard to believe that the holidays are upon us. We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends. November was a fabulous month, the seahorses enjoyed learning about the season of Fall and all the beautiful changes that occur during this time of year. The children are doing a terrific job with their Spanish and sign language skills. We are using these skills throughout the day in all of our activities. We have learned the letters J through N and their sounds. The children love listening to our stories that relate to the letter of the week and of course meeting our letter puppet. The Seahorses are doing a fantastic job recalling the stories in sequence and having fun creating new endings. Our Thanksgiving feast was delicious. A big thank you to all the parents who helped prepare this special luncheon. The month of December is going to be so exciting as we travel "All Around the World" to share and learn about various Holiday celebrations and customs. A very Happy Birthday to Abby who will be turning 5! Important reminders: Please label everything that belongs to your child with first and last names, this includes lunch items. If your child keeps a water bottle in their cubbie it also must be labeled with first and last name and a fresh bottle should be supplied each day. We wish everyone a very Happy Holiday, enjoy this special time of year with your families!
