Terrific Turtles

Happy Valentines Day and Happy Chinese New Year! We learned so much in January about the winter wonderland sports, animals and activities. We look forward to covering the classroom with pretty pink hearts and learning about the letter F and the number 6 this month. Throughout the month we will be taking an imaginary drive through town and stopping along the way at the market, bank, florist and museum. Emil, Kenzie and Robert have been busy making lot's of new friends. Colin and Samantha are getting into the Valentine's spirit by spreading love to all of their friends with a lot of hugs and kisses! Jack and Nicole have such good manners; they always say please and thank you when they want something. Justin has become our little naptime helper, he pulls all of his friends sleeping bags out of their cubbies and helps us put them on the rug. Sydney tell us stories everyday about the train and the people on the train. Sofija and Marisa are starting to talk in little sentences and tell us stories all day. Let's all hope that the groundhog doesn't see his shadow.

Thank You,
Miss Melissa and Miss Janet

The children love learning spanish, new words for sign language, helping out a friend and talking to each other. We would like to wish Happy 2nd Birthday to Keara on the 11th and William on the 22nd. Our theme for the month is "A Drive Through Town".
