We Love.....

The children are thinking about all of the ones they love during the upcoming Valentines holiday! February brings us a Book Fair starting on February 14th and ending the 18th. We will also be participating in the Cystic Fibrosis Mini-March. Please check your mailbox daily for important information and upcoming events!

A small update on Miss Robyn, since so many have been asking about her: she's doing great and waiting for the baby to get here! She does send her thanks to all for being concerned!

We would also like to welcome Miss Barbara as our new co-assistant director!! Please remember that class begins at 9:00am! The teachers appreciate your cooperativeness!

Darling Dolphins

We would like to wish everyone a Happy Valentines Day! Happy 1st Birthday to Carter. We would also like to say congratulations to Ashley who is moving to the Turtles class, we wish her the best and we will miss her. Farewell to Sabrina who is relocating. We want to welcome Nicholas to the Darling Dolphins class. Our Dolphins are becoming so mobile and vocal. Michael D is walking everywhere. Gianna & Carter are going a great job with the walker. Grace is now crawling all over the room. Brendan is doing the inchworm crawl. Hailey enjoys sitting up and looking at herself in the mirror. Jack & Lucas are getting better & better at sitting up on their own. Michael F is now rolling to where he wants to go. This month we will be focusing on "A Drive Through Town".

Terrific Turtles

The Terrific Turtles are jumping into February with both feet. We are looking forward to learning all about fun things around town. We are excited about celebrating so many holidays this month including Groundhog Day, Chinese New Year, Presidents Day and especially Valentines Day. We will be learning new words, singing new songs, and reading many new books.

Wonderful Whales

January was such a busy month with children transitioning and parent teacher conference. The toddlers had fun learning about snow, winter animals, winter sports and winter stories. We wish Jack, Justin and Marisa good luck in the Fish room and we welcome Mason to our class. We have been working so hard balancing on the balance beam. Alot of the children have come out of their shells. The whale would like to wish Jamie and Brandon a Happy Birthday. Our theme for the month is "All About Town".

Fantastic Fish

Miss Jordyn and Miss Ruthie would like to welcome Marisa, Jack, and Justin into our room. We are very excited to meet our new friends! February is a very exciting month for our class. We have two birthdays to celebrate, Joey and Keara! We are also celebrating Valentine's Day and talking about ways to be nice to each other. The color of the month is pink, and on February 14th we will wear pink! We will also have show and tell on February 25th, so bring something to share!

Super Seals

Our new year is off to a great start! the seals have been learning so many new things. for the month of February we will take a drive through town. we will be taking a trip to the market, bank, florist and museum. the food groups will be discussed. another interest will be different types of coins and dollar bills. our letters of the month will be e, p, and J. our shape of the month is the fun heart! the seals wish a warm welcome to Nicholas who is doing well in his new room. we also hope hanna is having fun with the manatees. Kiersten is 4 on the 8th. have a happy Valentine's day! Spread the love!!

Marvelous Manatee

The manatees had a great January! We were very busy learning all about winter and focusing on the letters f, h,s, and c. During February we will focus on the themes a trip to the market, florist, bank, and museum. We will work on the numbers 26-30, letters x,a,e, and i, the heart shape and the color pink. We will also be celebrating Ground Hog's Day, Chinese New Year, President's Day, and Valentine's Day. Our Valentine's party will be on February 14th. Please send your child to school wearing red or pink. Have a Happy February!

Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! calling all cars! calling all cars! February's theme is "A drive through town"! we will be talking about the market, bank, florist and museum. we will be counting to 60, concentrating on the color pink, heart shape, and the letters i, l, and t. Just a reminder, your child should have a complete set of weather appropriate clothing in their cubby at all times. Every item in your child's lunch needs to be labeled with first and last name! Shining Starfish

The starfish are really excited about all of the fun we are going to have in February! Our new theme is "A Drive Around Town" with weekly themes of "A Trip To The Market", "A Trip To The Bank", "A Trip To The Florist", and "A Trip To The Museum". We will also be celebrating Valentine's Day,and learning all about President's Day! Happy birthday Brandon on February 15th. Please remember to label all items for your child's lunch and to bring in a warm set of emergency clothing.
