Red, White and Blue....

Happy Fourth of July to everyone! July brings many fun events for everyone! We will be participating in many trips such as the Music Man Shoppe in Lavellette, Petco and the Planetarium. Don't forget to wear your orange camp t-shirt on all trips. Please check classroom doors to see who was chosen for the trip chaperones. If for any reason you are unable to go on the trip chosen for you, please let us know as soon as possible.

We hope everyone has a very safe and Happy Fourth of July!! Congratulations to Miss Kristen who got Employee of the Month for June!!

Darling Dolphins

I can't believe it is July already, off with the coats and into the bathing suits. Don't forget the sunblock for our precious Darling Dolphins. In July we have some great themes: "Broadway Babies", "Animal Adventures", "Dino-mite Days" and "3,2,1 Blast off! " We would like to welcome our new friends Aaron, Kayla, Jack, and Joseph P. to our classroom. Jack H. and Nicholas are just everywhere. Jared is walking, or should I say running, everywhere. Alex has the commando crawl down and Abigail is doing a wonderful job sitting up, with a little help from the boppy. Marli is doing great and really likes tummy time. Emerson just lights up when Mom talks to her. Joseph, or should we call him flash, is the fastest crawler we've seen. We would like to wish Jack a Happy 1st Birthday! Don't forget hats and sunblock for outside time. We also want to welcome Miss Beth to our classroom!

Terrific Turtles

June was a super fun month! We loved learning about all the different types of sea animals and creatures. Miss Debbie even brought in her pet Freddie the goldfish for the whole class to observe!! The first two weeks of summer camp were a blast! Everyone enjoyed the ice pop party and sprinkler day!! Our themes for July will be: "Broadway Babies", "Animal Adventures", "Dino-mite Days" and "3,2,1 Blast off." We are looking forward to seeing a magician, a petting zoo, an animal puppet show, pony rides and all sorts of fun things! Have a safe and happy 4th of July.

Wonderful Whales

Summer is finally here and the Toddlers are enjoying summer camp. June was a busy month of transitioning and getting ready for summer. The Whales had fun learning about seashells, fishing, and all the fun beach things. We especially loved the ice pop party and sprinkler day. The Toddlers are learning lots of fun and exciting things including new words in both Spanish and Sign. Our July themes are: "Broadway Babies", "Animal Adventures", "Dino-mite Days" and "3,2,1 Blast off". The Whales can't wait to learn about these things. The Toddlers would like to wish Eddy F. a Happy 2nd Birthday on July 11th and for everyone to have a safe 4th of July. Please remember to have two sets of weather appropriate clothing (labeled with first and last names) as well as hats and sunblock for your child. Please keep toys from home at home, we cannot be responsible for lost or broken toys. We will keep a schedule for sprinkler day on our door. Enjoy the great summer weather!

Fantastic Fish

We are going to have a busy month this summer! We will have lots of crafts, outside activities, and special visitors. In the summer we will be outside more, so please remember to send extra water for your child. We would like to welcome all of our new friends to the classroom and wish a Happy Birthday to Phillip on July 13th! On July 5th we will have show and tell, so please bring something to share. Please refer to the camp calendar for all the special events and have a fantastic July 4th!

Super Seals

Wow! The Super Seals are doing a fantastic job and having a blast. We love our outside experiments and water play and can't wait to do activities for the themes of "Broadway Babies", " Animal Adventures", "Dino-mite Days" and "3,2,1 Blast Off". Don't forget our weekly Sprinkler Days because we really love just being kids in the hot, hot summer. Our Sprinkler Days for the month are the 14th, 18th and 28th. We would also like to wish everyone a Happy Fourth of July! We still can't believe that summer is here! We have many friends who will be visiting us in the next few weeks including Pony Rides on July 15th, the Amphibian Show on the 21st and the Galaxy Explorer on the 27th. For more information on events please refer to the summer schedule that was put in your child's mailbox. Also, please be sure that your child has weather appropriate clothing and sunblock and hats. Special birthdays that we will be celebrating this month are: Sarah on the 25th and Brianna on the 23rd. What a wonderful time we have been having! We can't wait for the rest of summer.

Marvelous Manatee

Welcome to camp! We have so many fun things to do this summer. Our first camp trip to Island Beach State Park was great! We are all looking forward to the many visitors including the Petting Zoo, a Magician, Pony Rides and Puppet Shows, not to mention all the wonderful trips and Sprinkler Day. Please keep your camp calendar handy! We will be working on our Spanish flashcards throughout the summer. We will also work on identifying lowercase and uppercase letters as well as practicing our writing skills. Please remember to take sleeping bags home the last day your child attends school each week. We're going to have a great summer!

Sparkling Seahorses

Welcome to the summer program in room 6, The Seahorses. We are looking forward to a great summer!. We have lots of fun activities, events and trips coming up. Our themes for July are: " Broadway Babies", "Animal Adventures", "Dino-mite Days", and "3,2,1 Blast Off". We will be taking a field trip to Petco on the 13th and the Planetarium on the 29th. There will be a Petting Zoo, a Puppet Show, Moon Bounce and many other exciting events happening at the school. Just a reminder that Sprinkler Days for July are the 14th, 18th, and 28th. Be sure to have your child come to school in their bathing suit and water shoes. Also be sure to pack a complete change of clothes including underwear, socks and shoes. We wish Happy Birthday to the following children: Rachel, Keith and Jamie. Also Happy Birthday to America. Have a happy and safe Fourth of July. School is closed on that Monday and we will be looking forward to everyone's return on Tuesday the 5th. Please remember to bring your child's sleeping bag home to be washed on the last day of the week your child attends school.

Shining Starfish

Summer is here and we are having so much fun already! Our themes for July are" Broadway Babies", "Animal Adventures", "Dino-mite Days", and "3,2,1 Blast off". We have a lot of fun activities planned including a magician, dress up day, Music Man Shop, a petting zoo, an animal puppet show and a trip to Petco and the Planetarium. Everyone is looking forward to a fun filled summer. We want to wish Happy Birthday to Adam on July 4th, Collin on the 12th, Noelle on the 14th, Anthony on the 19th and Michael on the 30th. We hope everyone has a fun-filled 4th of July! Please remember to refer to the Camp Calendar for Sprinkler Day and to keep up with all the fun!
