Summer...just around the corner

We can't believe that the school year has come and gone so quickly. It has been a great year and all the children have learned so much. Summer is coming up very fast and there are alot of fun activities in store for everyone. We would like to thank all our parents for all the help and support through the school year. We wish all the graduates good luck in Kindergarten and first grade, we know they will succeed in everything they do. Please make sure to check your summer calendar everyday for all activities that will be going on! Welcome to all the new children who will beginning the summer program- we can't wait to have you join the fun! Remember: sandals need socks and sunblock must be labeled!

Darling Dolphins

Wow! The Dolphins can not believe that May has come and gone so quickly. Lots of great things are happening in the Dolphin room. We welcomed our new friend Julia and said goodbye to our friend Alexa. Everyone is growing so fast. Lexi, Isabelle, Ricky, and Abby are making alot of progress. Before you know it they will all be walking around. Trevor, Candace & Devon have lots of fun playing together and having their own little conversations. Colten & James are scooting across the floor now. Ashley is growing so fast and now has a play mate Julia. Please be sure to check your child's cubby, so that there is weather appropriate clothing along with a hat. They will be going out on nice days.

Terrific Turtles

Wow! I can't believe it's June already! We had so much fun in May learning about plentiful plants. We hope everyone enjoyed their Mother's Day and Memorial Day weekend! During the first few weeks of June we will be taking an Aquarium Adventure, we will learn about seashells, fish and marine mammals. Then before you know it, summer program will be starting! We are going to miss all of our friends who will become wonderful whales. We are very happy that Jamie will be staying with us for the summer and helping us welcome Candace and Devan from the infant room. Please be sure that your child has warm weather clothing, a hat and suntan lotion. Have a happy Father's Day!

Wonderful Whales

The Whales are very happy that it is finally nice to go outside on the playground with no coats. The toddlers learned so much about vegetable & flower gardens and also trees and wiggly jiggly worms and things. They have grown up so much since September and their verbal skills are outstanding. We are going to miss Aleene, Cassie, Chloe, Sarah, Samantha, Trevor, Nicholas, Michael, Natalia and Summer who will be graduating to the Get Set class. Congratulations!

We will be learning about Seashells, Fishing and Marine Mammals. Please remember to label all of your child's belongings and to bring in weather appropriate clothing. Please no open toed shoes are allowed.

Fantastic Fish

The Fish class is very excited to have the warm weather upon us. May was lots of fun, we learned lots of new things. We learned about vegetable gardens and flower gardens. We also learned about tress and wiggly jiggly worms and things. The children are growing so fast, they all do great at learning new spanish and signing. We are looking forward to all the great and new things we will learn in June. Our theme for the month is Aquarium Adventures, we will learn about seashells and fishing. We will also learn about the marvelous marine mammals we have in our oceans. Summer is quickly coming up and the children who are moving to the super seals class are very excited. We will miss all of you. Please remember to send in clothing that is weather appropriate for the summer along with suntan lotion to protect us from the sun. We hope that everyone enjoyed the Mother's Day tea and thank you to all our mother's for their help. Have a happy Father's Day!

Super Seals

The Super Seals have had alot of fun learning about various plants. We discussed our favorite flowers and vegetables. We had lots of fun making our carrots and tomatoes. Thank you to all of the mother's who helped at our special Mother's Day tea party. A special thanks to Nicholas, Kyle and Devan for their birthday cupcakes. In June we will have an aquarium adventure and learn about seashells, fishing and marine mammals. Happy birthday to Kaitlyn, Sara, Bianca and Sara. We will everyone who will be moving to the Manatee room, good luck.

Marvelous Manatee

Wow! The Manatees can not believe that May is already over! We were very busy during May practicing for graduation and learning all about the outdoors. During June we will be learning all about aquarium adventures. We will be reviewing our letters, numbers and shapes. We want to say goodbye to all of our children that are moving up or leaving for the summer. We will miss you! Congratulation to all the graduates! We would like to wish a happy birthday to Juliette on the 8th and Kaylyn on the 9th.

Sparkling Seahorses

Sunny days are finally here! May was a very exciting month and we really enjoyed planting and experimenting! We hope you enjoyed our Mother's Day Tea as it was a pleasure to have you all here. We would also like to thank you again for your thoughtfulness and generosity during teacher appreciation week. June brings aquarium adventures. We will be counting to 100, reviewing all the shapes and colors! We have been practicing hard for our graduation ceremony. They all worked very hard. Miss Laura and I would like to thank you all for you help through the school year. Happy Graduation!

Starfish

Wow! This year has flown by us so fast and we have learned so much. This month we will be spelling out words, reading harder books and writing stories. In math we will have finished up subtraction and we will review time, fractions, money, adding, subtracting and problem solving. We will be studying the topics of Seashell Sale, Fishing, and Marine Mammals. We will also be reviewing all of our letters, vowels, punctuation, writing and reading skills. Thanks to all the wonderful Kindergarten students for being a wonderful class! I will miss all of you and I wish you all the best of luck. You have all worked very hard. Thank you parents for all of your kindness, generosity and support this year! Have a happy and safe summer! Congratulation Graduates!!!
