Top of the Mornin to Ya!

March is here and so are many fun and exciting events! Our Spring fundraiser this year will be Home Interiors candles again. There are new flavors to choose from and they sure do smell great! The Sale will begin on March 8th and run until the 18th.

Congratulations to Miss Candi who is the employee of the month for March! Super job and thank you for all of your help!

Remember that Summer Program registration is going on now- so don't delay!

We hope everyone has a great St. Patrick's Day and don't forget to wear green! Happy March!

Darling Dolphins

The month of February went by so fast. The children are learning so many new things. Candace blows kisses and Trevor waves bye-bye to everyone. Mason is cutting up the rug with his brand new sneakers. Alyssa shakes her head up and down and says yeah to every question. Isabelle, James & Ashley are adjusting well to their new classroom. Alexandra really scoots around the room now. Devan is walking so well & Abigail gets up on her knees and is ready to crawl. We would like to welcome Colton to our class. Happy 1st Birthday to Trevor on the 13th.

Terrific Turtles

The Turtles had a terrific month touring the town. We visited the market, bank, florist and museum along the way. Now we are ready to learn all about the weather in March! We are going to talk about the sun, wind, rain and storms and work with the letter "G" and number 7. We are also going to explore with purple and ovals. We can't wait for the first day of spring and St. Patrick's Day it will be so much fun! We would like to welcome our new friend James to our class! Please be sure that everything that your child brings in has 1st and last name. Please also bring in a smock.

Wonderful Whales

The month of February went by so fast. We hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day and President's weekend. The Toddlers enjoyed learning about the market, bank, florist and the museum. They loved learning about the different Presidents. The children are having so much fun learning. This month the whales would like to wish Miss Bethanne on the 2nd, Miss Peggy on the 3rd, Eric on the 6th and Alexa on the 28th a very Happy Birthday. Our themes are: "A Windy Day", "Rain, Rain go Away", "Mr. Golden Sun" and "Stormy Situations". We are looking forward to learning about the weather. We hope that everyone has a great St. Patrick's Day. For the health and safety of the children please remember to label everything.

Fantastic Fish

The Fish learned alot in the month of February. We took a drive through town and discover new places. We learned our numbers in Spanish. Also, we learned our months of the year in english and Spanish. We had a wonderful week of making pretty Valentine's and our class party. We are ready for the month of March. Our numbers for the month are 13 and 14. The shape is oval and the color is purple. Happy Birthday to Emma, Craig, Patrick, Christopher D, Douglas, Mary Jo and Christiaan! Reminder to parents, please make sure all items are labeled 1st and last name.

Super Seals

The Super Seals have had lots of fun this month. We have gone on a tour of the town, visiting the bank, the market, museum and florist. We learned the food groups when we went to the market. There were lots of discussions about healthy balanced diets. We can't wait for spring to come, so we have been early birds learning about flowers. We talked about what flowers need to survive. Thank you to all the parents who brought in treats for the Valentine's party. We had so much fun decorating our shoeboxes for our Valentine cards. Thank you to Grace and Jeffery for the wish list books from the book fair. Happy birthday to Oliver. Happy St. Patrick's Day.

Marvelous Manatee

February was a great month. Our Valentine's Day party was wonderful. Thank you to all the parents for the treats. The childrens mailboxes were full with Valentine's. During the month of March we will focus on the numbers 61-70, our shape is oval and the color purple. We are continuing to work on our phone numbers and addresses. During this month we will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day on the 17th and the first day of spring in the 21st. We would like to wish Sara B a happy birthday on the 8th.

Sparkling Seahorses

Wow! Can you believe it's March already! Time flies when we are having fun. February was alot of fun and yummy too! Valentine's Day was a great success. We all delivered our Valentines into our personally decorated mailboxes (they all did such a great job). Thank you all for your participation! March brings tons of fun while we learn about the weather! We'll be talking about the wind, rain, sun, and storms. We would like to officially welcome Dakota and Taylor to the Seahorse room. Happy Birthday to Josh, Natalie, Christopher, Andrew, Connor, and Keegan! Yeah, Spring is almost here!!

Starfish

Wow, February flew by us so quickly! Thank you for all the yummy Valentine's treat. We learned our letters A-G and letter sounds. In the month of March we will be learning letters I-L. We will be working on our numbers up to 80 this month, we are all great counters. We will be learning about greater and less than values, set inclusion and the concept of time. We will also continue our letter sounds. Our theme will be all about the weather and climates around the world. Wind, Sun, Rain and Storms will be our focus for the month of March. Happy birthday to Sophia on the 27th.
