Darling DolphinsAnother Month flew past, we are looking forward to May and some much deserved warmer weather so the babies can go out for walks. Speaking of walking, Grace is walking everywhere. Brendan loves to follow Grace and laugh with her. Jack is going to crawl, we believe in him! Hailey is busy crawling with her friends. Alexander loves grabbing the toys on the bouncy seat. Nicholas is starting to crawl. Jared is always holding onto the nearest legs to stand up. Lucas will be waking very soon. Marli and Abigail love to cuddle, and everyone has welcomed Emerson to our happy group. This month's themes are "A Vegetable Garden", "A Garden Full of Flowers", "Tall, Tall, Trees",and "Wiggly Jiggly Worms and Things". Just a friendly reminder to please label all of your child's belongings, and please bring in a hat for outside time. We send our wishes for a Happy Mother's Day and a safe and Happy Memorial Day. A very Happy first Birthday Brendan.
Thank You!

Terrific TurtlesApril was an awesome month! We learned about all the different types of weather. We did a raindance, sang songs about the sun, read stories about weather and even tried to fly a kite! Our class thinks all the different types of weather is wonderful!! Next month we are looking forward to learning about all types of plants, trees, veggies and bugs. The shape of month is a diamond. The letter of the month is I and the number is 9 and color white. We want to wish Stephen and Olivia a Happy Birthday!

Wonderful WhalesWe had lots of fun in the month of April. The children enjoyed the Week of the Young Child, celebrating with the Trackless Train, coloring a banner, body painting, listening to a story read by one of our parents and best of all an ice cream party! The Whales learned a lot about the weather and learned "sun", "wind", "storm" and "umbrella" in Sign and Spanish. The Toddlers have grown up in the last few months and are doing so many things for themselves! In May our themes are "A Vegetable Garden"."A Garden Full of Flowers", "Tall, Tall Trees" and "Wiggly Jiggly Worms and Things". We can't wait to learn about them! We want to wish everyone a Happy Cinco De Mayo, A Happy Mother's Day, and a Happy Memorial Day. Please remember to label all items with first and last names, check that your child has extra Spring clothing in their cubbies, and keep toys from home at home!

Fantastic FishWe hope everyone had a terrific April. As the weather is getting warmer, we are going to be focusing more on planting and examining vegetables, flowers, trees, and different kinds of insects, particularly worms. We are also going to be working on the different materials that were collected in our "beautiful Stuff" bags throughout the month. We will be using them to create new games, sort and classify, build and work with them on different art projects. We would like to wish Justin, Marisa, Kayla, Scott and Anthony a very happy birthday! We would also like to congratulate Keara on the arrival of her new baby brother. On May 11th, we will be having show and tell. We hope everyone has a great month.

Super SealsHappy Spring to everyone! We are so glad that the warmer weather is here. The Seals are going to discuss plants this month. We will be learning all about trees, flowers, vegetables, and bugs. The letters that we will focus on are "I", "L",and "U". Ice cream and ice projects will be done for letter "I". We all love ice cream, and because we do, there will be a little ice cream celebration! The diamond is going to be our shape, and white is our color. Please remember to bring in warmer weather extra clothing. We hope that all of our mommy's have a wonderful Mother's Day. A very Happy Birthday to Meranda and Cole this month. Miss Toni also has a birthday on the 2nd.

Marvelous ManateeThe manatees had a fantastic month of April. We were busy working on our writing and learning all about the weather. During the month of May we will be working on the themes "A Vegetable Garden", "A Garden Full of Flowers", "Tall, Tall Trees", and "Wiggly Jiggly Worms and Things". We will also focus on the numbers 41-45, the color white and the diamond shape. We will begin to review all of the letters of the alphabet. We will also be practicing for graduation. Although everyone will be working hard to learn our graduation song, only those who will be going to Kindergarten will attend graduation. We would like to wish a happy birthday to Nicholas E on the 1st, Marc R on the 18th and Miss Kim on the 30th.
