A Time to Be Thankful...at The Goddard SchoolComing into Fall already and so many wonderful things that we participated in already! We were all very excited to go Pumpkin Picking at Atlantic Farms and thank them for a great experience! All of our students came out gorgeous in their school pictures and it's so cute to see everyone carrying around the bag with their picture on it! Thank you to everyone who participated in the falls fundraising events! We appreciate all your hard work every year! With the Kid Stuff Books we were able to purchase a teeter totter and a five seater circle cycle for the larger playground and we will be purchasing a toddler house for the younger playground with some of the Innsbrook fundraiser! The Halloween Parade was a great success and we congratulate all of the winners in the costume contest! All of the children are anticipating their Thanksgiving feasts on November 27, 2002 and just a reminder that we are closed Thursday and Friday the 28th and 29th. We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday and Ramadan!

Darling Dolphins
Wow! Another month went by and the Dolphins are getting bigger everyday! We would like to wish a Happy Birthday to Brianna who will be 1 on the second of November and to Monique and Jacqueline who will be 1 on November 15th. Happy Birthday to Miss Ann Marie on the 18th! Brianna has been taking some steps and saying more words like "yellow" and "I do". Monique is our little bouncing queen: she loves bouncing to the music! Jacqueline has been taking more and more steps every day. Natalia has been saying "Mama" and "dada". She has also been pulling herself up and walking around the block area. Cassidy is our class greeter. She waves to all of her friends and the teachers. Madison has found her voice and she is always smiling! Justin is rolling over and playing with his feet. Miss Karen, Miss Lisa and Miss Melanie |

Super SealsThe Super Seals enjoyed our exciting month of October! We had many Community helpers visit us and we learned how to Stop, Drop and Roll and that we never talk to strangers! We also learned the importance of dialing 9-1-1 in an emergency! The children loved pretending to be mail carriers as well as veterinarians. We studied the process of losing our teeth and also compared our teeth to animal teeth. The Super Seals had a great turn out for the Halloween parade and party! All of the students looked so cute in their costumes. They were surprised to see Miss Courtney as a catwomen and Miss Michelle as a Home Depot Worker. Thank you to everyone who brought items in for the treasure box. The Seals are so excited for the month of November. We are looking froward to all the great themes and giving thanks at Thanksgiving. The children will pretend to have a feast and we will make cornucopias! Happy Birthday to Michael H. on November 16-he will be turning 3! Miss Courtney and Miss Michelle |

Marvelous ManateeHello again Manatee Moms and Dads! Whew! October sure was a busy month with so many birthdays! This month we celebrate Becky and Samantha! It is also promising to be very exciting as we dive into our theme-Harvest Time. Just a reminder: Please make sure everything that you bring into the classroom must be labeled with your child's first and last name. This includes 2 changes of clothing, sleeping bags, show and tell and all items in the lunch bin. Please remember to pack a fork and napkin as well so your child can eat their lunch and stay clean. Thank you for making our day smoother! Best of luck as the holiday seasons approach.
Miss Kristin and Miss Beth wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving and a thrifty start to the holiday shopping! |

StarfishWe wish to thank all of our parents for the delicious Halloween treats supplied for our party and the fascinating creative costumes! A fun time was had by all! October really seemed to vanish into thin air as it sped to a conclusion. November, with it's fun and festivities of fall, are on the horizon bringing thoughts of harvest time, the pilgrims, our country's heritage and Thanksgiving. With all this in mind we will be focusing on autumn themes of Falling Leaves, Tractors, Trains and things Farm Animals and Thanksgiving. We'll also study the color yellow, the circle shape and trying to decode numbers 20-29. We'll continue our study of the alphabet letter sounds and the phonics. We wish to express our sincere wish that everyone enjoys a meaningful Thanksgiving holiday or,Ramadon. Thank you so much! Miss Barbara |
