Emerson always comes in the classroom with a smile. Kayla has been busy pulling herself up by the gate. Abigail is giving kisses. Jack pulls himself up to stand on everything & everyone.

Joseph enjoys sitting at the table doing table activities and Aiden has been visiting and getting adjusted to his classroom and classmates. Wonderful Whales

October was a very busy month with different holidays like Rosh Hashanah, Columbus Day, Yon Kippur and Halloween. We also had school pictures taken and we learned a lot about our community helpers. The Toddlers learned about safety during a visit from Police Officer Jamie and had lots of fun learning about building. They liked pretending to build with tools from our tool bench. The Whales also enjoyed learning new words in Spanish and most of the class knows all of the words from our flash cards by heart! They are really up for the challenge. We want to thank all of our parents for the great Halloween Treats. We really appreciated it. The children looked so cute in their costumes. Our themes for this month are "Autumn Colors", "Falling Leaves;all about trees", "Autumn on The Farm", Thanksgiving Feast" and "Tractors, Trains and Things With Wheels". The children can"t wait to learn about these things! We have been working on small groups during center time and the children are doing a great job! Please remember to label everything with first and last names and to check that the clothing in your child's cubby is season appropriate. We can't be too careful when it comes to the health and safety of our children. We Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank You,
Miss Bethanne and Miss Mackenzie

We will also help our friends Maeve, Kylie and Don celebrate their birthdays in November! Just a few important reminders: Please label everything that comes to school with your child's first and last names, and include all utensils your child will need for lunch.
